Contract templates
These templates are in beta while a solicitor reviews them before public launch. In the app they are marked as drafts, and every page of a PDF made from one is stamped DRAFT until the template is published. They are a starting point, not legal advice.
Pick a template, fill in the blanks, choose which optional clauses to keep, and send it to sign. Every template lets you choose England and Wales or Scotland as the governing law.

Other ways to start
- Describe it to AI (included with Pro): write what you've agreed in plain English and check the terms it drafts.
- Upload a PDF you already have, add your signers and send.
- Start from a chat: talk it through with your client, pick the messages that set out what was agreed, and build the contract from them.
Whichever way you start, a document ends up in the same place: signed on the other person's phone, with a tamper-evident audit trail you can check at agreevia.co.uk/verify.

AgreeVia is launching soon on iPhone and Android. Leave your email and we'll tell you the day it's ready.
