What we do

Most agreements start as a conversation — a few messages working out what the job is, what it costs and when it lands. AgreeVia keeps that conversation and the contract in the same place. You talk the work through with your client in chat, pick the messages that set out what was agreed, and AgreeVia builds the contract from them.

That isn't the only way in. You can describe the agreement in plain English and let AI pull out the terms for you to check, or upload a PDF you already have and simply add signers. However the document arrives, sending it works the same way: the person signing gets a link, signs in their browser, and never needs an account.

Once it's signed, nothing closes. The chat stays open with the signed document alongside it, so the next change and the next agreement with the same client start from the same thread instead of a blank page.

Every view, send and signature is timestamped and sealed into a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail, so what happened to a document can be verified after the fact. Read more on how we protect documents.
