Chauffeur & Wedding Car Hire Agreement

  • Wedding extras such as ribbons, or airport pick-up terms, depending on the booking
  • What happens on the journey, free waiting time and charges for extra time
  • The price, deposit and balance, cancellation, liability and general terms

What you fill in

  • Your business details and licence (optional), and the client's
  • Whether the client is a private person or couple, or a business
  • Type of booking, vehicle and maximum passengers
  • Each journey (add as many as you need), priced as one total or journey by journey
  • Free waiting time, and optional waiting, extra time and cleaning charges
  • Total price, VAT, deposit and when the balance is due
  • Late cancellation period, and where you are based
