Event Photography & Video Agreement

For wedding, party and corporate photographers and videographers. List each event with its coverage, then set the booking fee, cancellation terms and how the images can be used.

Who it's for

For photographers and videographers booking weddings, parties and corporate events. Tell it whether your client is a private person or couple, or a business: for a private client it adds the 14-day right to cancel and the cancellation form.

  • Each event, with its coverage and what the client receives, at one total price or priced event by event
  • The booking fee, the balance and when it is due
  • What happens on the day, including overtime
  • Copyright and how the client and you may use the images
  • Changes, cancellation and illness, liability and general terms

What you fill in

  • Your business details and the client's, and whether the client is a private person or a business
  • Whether you provide photography, video or both
  • Each event (add as many as you need)
  • Delivery time and rounds of changes included
  • Total price, any discount, VAT, the booking fee and when the balance is due
  • Optional: overtime rate, late cancellation period and how long you keep copies
  • Where you are based: England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland
