Tenancy Agreement (Northern Ireland)

For letting a home in Northern Ireland. Based on the Department for Communities model tenancy agreement, updated to the 2024-2025 rules.

For private landlords letting a home in Northern Ireland, with up to four tenants, on a 6 or 12-month fixed term or month to month. You must also give the tenant a Tenancy Information Notice within 28 days.

Check before use
