Most tools treat signing as the end. It rarely is.
A contract gets signed and the thread goes quiet. Then the actual work starts — the bit that changes, the thing nobody specced, the second job three weeks later. That conversation has to happen somewhere, and it ends up scattered across email and WhatsApp with nothing tying it back to what was agreed.
In AgreeVia the chat that produced the contract is still open once it's signed, with the signed document sitting in it. When the work shifts and you need to agree something new, you agree it in the same place — same people, same thread, last agreement right there to refer to — and build the next contract straight from it.
